Conversations that Connect Half Day Retreat

Conversations that connect – a half day with Di Robertson and Arthur Wells

12:30 – 5pm on Sunday 11th August at the Mary Potter Centre

Southern Insight Meditation warmly invites you to a half day retreat led by Arthur and Di.

This afternoon will focus on mindful communication. We will explore speaking and listening, in ways that allow us to stay connected with ourselves and each other, even in the more challenging conversations, The afternoon will include guided and silent meditation, communication practices and reflection time (and a cuppa of course).

All are welcome, no experience is necessary.
